As the CFO, Kellen is responsible for financial planning, reporting and strategy at Tax Guard.

Prior to joining Tax Guard, he worked at Ernst & Young in the Transaction Advisory Services Group, as well as in Ernst & Young’s assurance practice.

He holds a B.S. in Accounting from Montana State University-Billings and M.B.A from Gonzaga University.
